View Full Version : Registering snood with no internet connection

Hey everybody :)

I first bought over a year ago, and since that time I have moved and do not have internet; I have another computer now and have downloaded snood here at work, onto a mobile USB card and I want to take it home, install, register and start playing again.

So far, I cannot register because I don't have an internet connection (I can live with that I suppose) but I would like to access the puzzles that I paid for, right? So far, my code is not accepted when I "enter code". I have had it resent and I have checked it multiple times.

Do I, in fact, need an internet connection to have this done?

Hi Gonlaz,

Sorry you're having troiuble.

No, you do not need to be connected to the Internet to enter your registration code.

You do need to enter is exactly though.

It is 20 characters long, the big and small letters matter and there is no space at the beginning or the end.

The best thing is to "copy and paste" if you can to enter it - that way therre are no errors.

I have just now double checked what I have been entering at home and checked it against the code here in my email confirmation and the code is the same, it still doesn’t work. Does it expire after a year or something?

No, the code does not expire. It is a "One-time" fee.

Can you call us later today (after 9 am Los Angeles time) and we'll help you get it registered?
