I am doing the journey level on snood slide. Ihave completed anumber of puzzles on the first leg of my journey. Now, all of a sudden, on getting to the end of a puzzle with 'No more moves left" I can not make it return to start over. I click or double click on the center area. Doing this previously returned me to the screen to select the puzzle. Now nothing happens. All I can do is click on the menu or exit button. Any time I choose 'resume game' I get to that same 'no more moves left' screen, anad can't bring up a new game.
please advise.

I'm having the same trouble. There are several levels that just lock up and you cannot continue. It's very annoying. All the player can do is start a new game.

I could not start a new game with my user -- i had to create a whole new user name. Everything with my original user name was stuck on that 'no more moves' screen! Can someone explain this or fix this bug or something?

I, too, have problems with my game suddenly freezing up. I then have to start a completely new tower of games. :confused: Do I have to do something special, since this usually happens to me right before I finish a tower and can earn the idol for that session of games???
I bought the game and am still using the session from online downloading, but then also got the cd in the mail. Would that make a difference on how the game works???

Since I have just downloaded the program a couple days ago and also ordered the disc, I am sure that we have put the latest edition onto my computer.
Should I delete the copy from the site and put the copy from the disc on instead? Would that make it work better???

Please check the version you downloading and confirm that it is version 1.48 since that seems to be working. Did you have a prior version? If so, then resuming a game from the prior version may still cause a crash. Are you continuing to have problems?
